Private operation

Rin Office is provided for its designated operator and individually authorized mailboxes. Access to this information website does not grant access to the assistant or any mailbox. Connect only accounts you are entitled to manage and follow any applicable organization policies.

Assistance and review

AI classifications and summaries may contain errors or omit information. Review original messages before relying on summaries for important decisions. Polling and third-party services may delay alerts or delivery; the assistant is not a guaranteed emergency notification service.

Mailbox changes

Automatic organization follows the operator’s configuration. Supported manual actions require an identifiable message and an authorized operator request. Deleting a message moves it to the provider’s recoverable Trash or Deleted Items location. Provider retention policies may subsequently remove messages. Unsubscribe requests can take time to take effect and cannot generally be undone by the assistant.

Third-party services

Microsoft, Google, the relevant IMAP provider, OpenAI, Telegram, and sender-provided unsubscribe services operate separately. Their availability, requirements, and applicable terms continue to apply. The privacy notice describes the application’s data processing.

Support and disconnection

The operator can disable the assistant or disconnect mailbox access. For support, contact matthewc@avatarbot.us.
