An AI assistant that organizes authorized mailboxes, prepares useful summaries, and keeps its designated operator informed.
A more organized inbox
Classify new messages by subject and importance. Use folders in Microsoft 365 and supported IMAP mailboxes, or labels in Gmail. The operator can request a named folder or label for a selected message.
Updates at useful times
Send important-message alerts to the operator’s private Telegram chat. Summarize medium- and lower-priority messages daily at 12:00 and 18:00, America/Phoenix.
Changes under your direction
Adjust importance, save sender rules, move selected messages to Trash, and undo supported changes. Unsubscribe requests show the destination first and require a separate confirmation.
Separate mailbox authorization
Each mailbox must be individually connected. Google authorization permits reading and modifying Gmail messages and labels. The Google permission also includes composing and sending, although this application currently has no email-sending feature.
How email data is used
Relevant message content is processed through the OpenAI API for classification, summaries, and interpreting the operator’s requests. Selected summaries are sent through Telegram to the designated operator. Read the privacy notice for access, storage, sharing, and revocation details.
